Ultimate Beginning Drum Course #2 is the second drumming course for beginning drummers. In this course we’ll expand your music reading knowledge to include 8th notes. You’ll learn to play your first 8th note rock beat which you will then play with a band.
You’ll learn your first drum fills and add them to your rock beat. Then you’ll play fills with a band.
We will then expand on the basic 8th note rock beat by learning variations which you can play on your bass drum. And lastly, you’ll play each of those variations with a band to see how they actually can be applied in a musical situation.
